Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.


Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 1-3 business days to prepare your products because some products are made by special technics, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the shipping time. Kindly note a small number of orders may still need between 7-10 business days depending on stock availability.


Shipping time: Normally it will take 7-10 business days(some places will take 1-2months because of the long distance, such as South Africa, etc.) by Standard Shipping method.

About Tracking:

All orders are trackable. You can track the shipping info here once we informed you we shipped out the package.


We will update the tracking number by email after the order shipped, and you can also find the tracking number on your account. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

Packet loss or postponement:

If the package is lost or not delivered to the customer for more than 60 days, we will reissue it or arrange a refund for the customer within 7 days.
 

 

 

NOTICE

Please check the shipping address you provide when placing the order to see if it is reachable or not. And we are not responsible for checking every shipping address to see if it is correct. The package will be returned to  shipping company's warehouse due to insufficient address(Apartment/Suit Number is missing), and The re-transportation and re-delivery costs incurred will be paid by the customer.
